12 Month Thyroid Lab Tracker
Have your provider run these labs run at the start of this program and every 3 to 4 months afterwards to help paint a clear picture for you regarding where you are in your diagnosis and the treatments and protocols necessary to help you heal faster.

Please keep in mind that this Quick Food Reference Guide may not be all inclusive of the foods you can have. It is meant to be a resource that you can refer to when meal planning, grocery shopping, or if you are unsure if you can have a certain food. When in doubt be sure your selection of food is gluten free, dairy and egg protein free, no soy, no mercury, no processed and unnatural sugars. Stick to nutrient dense, whole, organic and fresh foods when possible.
